Lara Victoria Delta Police Board

Appointed by the Province to serve on the Delta Police Board since 2021, Lara employs her business acumen to serve her values in community service. She currently serves on their Governance Committee, having served on the Financial and Risk Management Committee and was the Chair of the Human Resources Committee. Lara is an entrepreneur and educator in the hospitality industry with a background in retail banking and financial services. As a naturalized citizen, she is committed to Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation efforts, gratefully acknowledging the privilege to live, work, learn and grow on territories that belong to our Indigenous communities.

Lara holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a BA in English Literature and Psychology from Bombay University, India. Committed to Social Justice, Lara has also earned the Certificate of Social Impact (Queen’s University) and the Certificate in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (UBC).
