Information Sharing
Website Content
To further improve the website as an information repository by increasing content.
Promotion
To further promote website usage beginning with a survey of the membership.
Meetings
To meet with the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General at least twice per year and report back to the police boards.
Goal 2
Training
Conferences
To provide more training and networking opportunities through conference(s) and AGM.
Video/Webinars
To improve the use of video conferencing and webinars for training purposes.
Presentations
Provide presentation opportunities for individual boards and/or departments to demonstrate innovations and success.

External Relationships
Committees
To attend relevant provincial committees and advocate for current police issues.
Fact sheets/Advocacy
Prepare a fact sheet and distribute to BCAPB stakeholders.
Advocacy for current issues and topics.
Resolutions
Use AGM resolutions effectively to focus on mental health and the cost of policing.
Goal 4
Internal Operations
Executive Board
Appoint board members who can commit to a two year appointment to the Executive Board.
Tasks
Members agree at the end of each meeting what their tasks are and what their delivery date is to ensure executive accountability.
